In Shuwen's case, the FGO tag is being used for the young Lancer version.
The Extra tag is being used for the Assassin version, which may or may not be the same appearance as the upcoming FGO old Assassin version. Until FGO releases the latter, an implication should be fine for now.

Looks like due to new cosplay tag auto implications dangerous beast tag become green, but it's just an outfit, so general make more sense.
I'll vote for purging dangerous beast (cosplay) since dangerous_beast shielder_(fate/grand_order)_(cosplay) search must cover it properly and change it back to general after that.

Even if it's only an outfit I'd prefer it stays green to keep consistent with how other Fate servant variants and craft essence are tagged.

The tag implication li_shuwen_(fate/grand_order) -> assassin_(fate/extra) has been rejected by @albert.
