Potential tag vandalism

Posted under General

@Flopsy
Just in case something like this happens again, I want to note that there are previously existing topics that could have been used for this. We have topic #6837 "Tag Vandalism" and topic #6666 "Possible vandalism".

There are some other vandalism related topics too, you can find them by using forum search.

It's probably someone dedicated to keeping filthy 3d girls out of their beautiful nekopara tags. I doubt the model would have flagged two of the posts.

As a guess, @KatsumiChan might be the cosplayer herself.

Given she squishes Nekopara hashtags into all of the tweets, I doubt it. Looking at the IP address report and the fact all that account has done is remove tags from those posts and flag two of them (the two nonsensical flags, of course), it seems like probably just a long-con sockpuppet account.

The rationale espoused in that comment seems incongruent with the repeated tag removal of those (deleted) pictures.

The IP in question is with cloudflare so it's probably either a hijacked account or someone hiding behind a proxy, most likely the former.

Uh, a user IP showing up as from Cloudflare sounds like a bug. Do other users show up as having Cloudflare IPs? Because Danbooru recently switched to being proxied through Cloudflare, but if it's not configured right then IPs will be logged as coming from Cloudflare instead of from the user's true IP.

Yeah there's like 12 accounts with that IP currently, rip.

162.158.75.xxx was the IP it's showing up as.
