I tried asking about this in topic #13799. I'm not sure if it got resolved or not.

Hm, I tried checking the forums before making this but the search returned no results for me. But as someone else points out in the thread, lolita hairbands do not necessarily have frills. And for example I wouldn't say post #2854864 is a lolita hairband or a maid headdress, despite having frills and being an hairband.

Yeah, I agree. This is one of those cases where there's a lot of overlap, but not all of one is the other.

I had thought it was but just double checked and it isn't. I guess we'll go with that one instead. Rejected this one.
