The above request might fail because the order executed cannot be determined, and the create implication pokemon_fushigi_no_dungeon -> pokemon_(game) creates a disallowed transitive implication relationship which aren't allowed, and so the request will probably fail.

I.e... you could end up with both of the following...

pokemon_fushigi_no_dungeon -> pokemon
pokemon_fushigi_no_dungeon -> pokemon_(game) -> pokemon

So basically, it needs to be done in two steps. First remove the implication, then create the new implication in a separate BUR.
