create alias roman_salute -> straight-arm_salute

EDIT: The tag alias roman_salute -> straight-arm_salute (forum #152985) has been rejected by @Hillside_Moose.

I need more input on this one. Is it actually common? This is the first time I've heard of it, and if we're doing it, it'd make more sense to alias nazi_salute, which is definitely a more common name.

Not even nazi_salute had any posts. At least have something showing that it gets mistakenly used before suggesting an alias.
