I think if Koakuma is saying "koa" the way Patchy says "mukyu" or Youmu says "myon" then it's a catchphrase.

Pokemon speak would be if she's saying "Koa koa, kuma koakuma" instead of actual words.

We have pool #1537 for unconventional SFX for stuff like that when it's a SFX. I don't think there's a tag though for when it's spoken though.

I would say it's taggable. I'm not sure what a good name would be though.

Some ideas off the top of my head:

third_person_phrase // Not using (phrase) since that denotes the actual phrase.
character_phrase
pokemon_speak // Also has a TV tropes page

Some characters like Koakuma or Gambier Bay (Kantai Collection) will often be depicted saying parts of their own name out loud. Koakuma has koa_(phrase), but it's probably not worth adding a whole new tag for individual character phrases. Therefore I ask: Does a tag exist along the lines of character_onomatopoeia, or would it be practical to create this tag?
