Not sure what's going on here.

"Failed to create forum post" means your post got spam filtered. I'll look into making the spam filter less aggressive. The error message is deliberately opaque because I don't want to directly tell spammers to keep trying until their spam goes through.
evazion /users/52664 tag:danbooru.me,2005:ForumPost/159996 2019-09-24T17:20:46-04:00 2019-09-24T17:24:04-04:00 @freecom: so, i just finished uploading and tagging post...
so, i just finished uploading and tagging post #3638244, but i had some really bizarre issue along the way.

i tried using the bookmarklet on this link here and the uploader gave me a broken preview and claimed that the picture was 24x24, which is just completely wrong. next thing i tried was going to the direct image link and trying the bookmarklet - same story. i was about to peg this as a bookmarklet issue, but here's the truly bizarre part -- i download the picture to upload manually and i still got the broken 24x24 image. even tried it with all my Firefox add-ons disabled, still no dice. i ended up just mirroring the damn thing to imgur and changed the source link to the Twitter one. don't know if that's frowned upon, but that's apparently what it took to get this really finicky image to work.

coincidentally i had to switch from Firefox to Chrome just to make this very thread as i got the oh-so-helpful "Failed to create forum post" error. safe mode/disabling all add-ons didn't help either. editing posts seems to be fair game, though.
freecom /users/337047
