I've been getting this error a lot lately when submitting rating changes or tags. I also received a similar error when I posted a comment one time with a dialog at the top that said, iirc, something along the lines of 'it has to exist'.

I have experienced the former but I can't say I have noticed anything in common between the times it happened.
