Might it be better to do bulk updates? That would enable tags like rosehip to be used for the stuff the characters are named after (admittedly thinking about it that's the only one that looks to me like it would warrant a tag - "anchovy" is probably too rarely distinguishable from other fish)

Rose hip tea already has a tag (not sure if the space in the name is right or not). The same with Darjeeling tea and Earl Grey tea. Additionally, anchovy (fish) is also a tag.

So this BUR is essentially taking the most common use of the name (GuP characters) and making them aliases, which seems proper to me. The tags as they are right now would then become ambiguous tags (List of Disambiguation Pages) and therefore unusable.

Yeah, but that's not how she's commonly known or referred to. There are a lot of characters in that series that we know the real names for, but we don't use them for exactly the same reason.

I wasn't referring to rose hip tea. I was referring to rose hips - the fruit of the rose plant (which the tea is made from and which anyone unfamiliar with Girls und Panzer would expect the tag to refer to).

The space is optional, incidentally.

Those would get the tag rosehip_(plant) tag if there were any examples which there's not AFAIK. As for familiarity, I'm not sure how often that term would even be searched for given the fact that this is primarily an Anime/Manga site. Also, with autocomplete it even shows what the alias is, i.e. rosehip -> rosehip_(girls_und_panzer), so that there would be no confusion.

That's good to know, though for standardization of naming, should the space be removed so that it's rosehip_tea?

Can we get a resolution on this? It's been almost 2 months and the votes have been all positive, plus all of the conflicts have been resolved.
