This raises the question of whether a forehead tattoo should be considered a subset of facial tattoo.

I've been treating forehead scar as a subset of facial scar (a similar scenario to this) so whatever is decided for one should be applied to the other as well.

Yeah, I thought of that as well actually. I was unsure so I didn't request that implication. I searched up the definition of face and it seems like forehead is part of it so mm true.

Any more opinions on this? Looking at this further, this seems like the same thing as forehead mark. Most of these posts could just as well have been tagged forehead mark and nobody would know the difference.
