If you're suggesting implying reverse outfit to meme attire - I dunno, it may happen (or has happened already, I wouldn't be surprised) that someone will draw reverse outfits that are not in themselves memes, like a reversed version of a specific character's costume.

Unless you think that an outfit being reversed makes them qualify as meme attire, regardless of which outfit it is.

Edit: as pointed out in the reverse_outfit wiki, post #1627183 and its children are good examples.

I don't really like the idea of saying that each individual subset of reverse outfit is meme attire but the tag itself is not meme attire, but fine.

I actually would say that each subset of it with a proper name would be meme attire, but not every single thing tagged with reverse outfit. post #1627183 and its children, as well as several others, go against your case.
