create implication tiera_lucent -> the_new_gate

create implication rionne_strail_bayreuth -> the_new_gate

Reason: Those are all characters form the series, so maybe they should be connected to the copyright?

P.S.: Tiera has two tags: tiera_lucent (official) and lucent_tiera, where should I bring this for correcting?

We have a policy not to implicate character tags to copyright tags. It's unnecessary, and it would require hundreds of thousands of different implications.
