tasmanian_devil_ears, red_panda_ears, red_panda_tail, caracal_ears, caracal_tail, panther_ears, meerkat_ears, cheetah_ears, cheetah_tail, elephant_ears, stoat_ears, anteater_ears, anteater_tail, aardwolf_ears, aardwolf_tail, donkey_ears, armadillo_ears, ocelot_ears, okapi_ears, dolphin_tail,and bird_tail have a sizeable amount of posts,but do not have implications for animal_ears or tail

tasmanian_devil_tail, elephant_tail, donkey_tail, okapi_tail, armadillo_tail, narwhal_tail, gazelle_ears and panther_tail are, as of this writing, only somewhat below 50

At first I thought to do a bulk implication request,but I found some threads from a few years ago debating on what to do with them,especially since some of these tags have no non-Kemono Friends posts. Maybe the "smaller" tags should just be mass updated instead?

Some of these, like the red_panda_ears and tasmanian_devil_ears tags, are only named like that because taggers know that the character with them is supposed to be a personification of said animal.
Others like cheetah_ears/tail are undistinguishable from cat_ears.

They should be handled on a case by case basis, but most of those don't really have any reason to exist. Not sure what to merge them with though.

Exceptions are visually unique ones like elephant_ears/tail.

I question the usefulness in too many specialized ears/tails tag especially those that, as you said, are only tagged on Kemono Friends posts so far (and will probably stay that way).
