Reason: Liquid Ocelot inherently inhabits the body of Revolver Ocelot, and therefore is an inseparable being from Revolver Ocelot.
No implication for Liquid Snake because the arm itself hardly qualifies as another identity and Ocelot was faking his possession by Liquid anyways. So it's always been Ocelot 100%.
