Reason: TBH I'm not sure if we need separated tags for the movie and the game. If others agree I'll change this request to merge them.

In my opinion it's good to have separate tags for the game and movie... They are visually distinct and have different characters. For instance, Tim Goodman and the Detective Pikachu character look different in each media. Though to be fair, maybe these different copyright tags don't help much today because there are few game posts, but that could change.

A few posts have detective_pikachu_(character) as a Raichu (post #3688204, post #3763136, and the deleted post #3763138). I'm not sure what to do with them. They are arguably the "same" character, but they are not Pikachu anymore.

Honestly I'd just tag those as cosplay of the character.
