Reason: The former tag seems to be a relic from the independent part of Suisei's career, before she joined Cover and eventually became part of the Hololive lineup. Therefore, I don't see much reason for distinguishing the two anymore, since the Hololive copyright tag fully applies to posts featuring her anyway.
