If you're searching for <a class="dtext-link dtext-wiki-link tag-type-4" href="/wiki_pages/kyon">Kyon</a> himself you don't necessarily want to see a million <a class="dtext-link dtext-wiki-link tag-type-4" href="/wiki_pages/kyonko">Kyonko</a> posts. Likewise with <a class="dtext-link dtext-wiki-link tag-type-4" href="/wiki_pages/bowser">Bowser</a>, you don't want to see a million <a class="dtext-link dtext-wiki-link tag-type-4" href="/wiki_pages/bowsette">Bowsette</a> posts. If you do want both characters at the same time, you can always do <a class="dtext-link dtext-post-search-link" href="/posts?tags=~kyonko%20~kyon">~kyonko ~kyon</a> or <a class="dtext-link dtext-post-search-link" href="/posts?tags=~bowsette%20~bowser">~bowsette ~bowser</a>. It's also useful if you can search <a class="dtext-link dtext-post-search-link" href="/posts?tags=kyonko%20kyon">kyonko kyon</a> to find both characters appearing together.</p><p>For <a class="dtext-link dtext-wiki-link tag-type-4" href="/wiki_pages/shimakaze-kun">Shimakaze-kun</a> -&gt; <a class="dtext-link dtext-wiki-link tag-type-4" href="/wiki_pages/shimakaze_%28kantai_collection%29">Shimakaze</a>, there's no risk of flooding and nearly all posts are already tagged <a class="dtext-link dtext-wiki-link tag-type-4" href="/wiki_pages/shimakaze_%28kantai_collection%29">Shimakaze</a> anyway, so we might as well do this.</p><p>For <a class="dtext-link dtext-wiki-link tag-type-4" href="/wiki_pages/shimakaze-kun">Shimakaze-kun</a> -&gt; <a class="dtext-link dtext-wiki-link tag-type-0" href="/wiki_pages/genderswap_%28ftm%29">genderswap (ftm)</a>, I think it's better to just tag manually. As a general principle cross-category implications should be avoided, there always ends up being some kind of weird hypothetical situation that disproves the rule.</p> evazion /users/52664 tag:danbooru.me,2005:ForumPost/165817 2020-04-25T19:17:22-04:00 2020-04-25T19:17:22-04:00 @DanbooruBot: The bulk update request #2533 (forum #165644)... <p>The <a class="dtext-link" href="/bulk_update_requests?search%5Bid%5D=2533">bulk update request #2533</a> (<a class="dtext-link dtext-id-link dtext-forum-post-id-link" href="/forum_posts/165644">forum #165644</a>) has been rejected by <a href="/users?name=evazion">@evazion</a>.</p> DanbooruBot /users/502584 tag:danbooru.me,2005:ForumPost/165816 2020-04-25T19:17:00-04:00 2020-04-25T19:17:00-04:00 @DanbooruBot: The bulk update request #2532 (forum #165642)... <p>The <a class="dtext-link" href="/bulk_update_requests?search%5Bid%5D=2532">bulk update request #2532</a> (<a class="dtext-link dtext-id-link dtext-forum-post-id-link" href="/forum_posts/165642">forum #165642</a>) has been approved by <a href="/users?name=evazion">@evazion</a>.</p> DanbooruBot /users/502584 tag:danbooru.me,2005:ForumPost/165653 2020-04-23T03:25:19-04:00 2020-04-23T03:25:19-04:00 @Provence: > 7HS said: > > We don't historically do... <blockquote> <p>7HS said:</p> <p>We don't historically do either of these implications for genderswap characters. Also, there's the matter of recursive genderswaps, where the character is turned back to their original gender. Like the cosplay issue, this isn't likely to be a concern in the case of Shimakaze-kun, but it could be problematic with other characters, so I'd like to avoid making a habit of creating implications like this one.</p> iridescent_slime /users/438068 tag:danbooru.me,2005:ForumPost/165646 2020-04-22T22:14:55-04:00 2020-04-22T22:15:40-04:00 @7HS: We don't historically do either of these... <p>We don't historically do either of these implications for genderswap characters.
