create implication crease -> scan
create implication novel_illustration -> official_art

Reason: crease is comparable to tags like scan artifacts and jpeg artifacts.
The *_cover and circle_cut tags describe the format, context and purpose of the overall image, and could be meta tags as well. This would also help differentiate these tags from presence-of-object tags like record jacket, manga_(object), etc.

The first implication seems reasonable to me. There might be instances of "fake creases" for artistic effect though. ~~Likewise, the latter two implications might not be correct if "fake novel covers" are a thing.~~
