create alias food_cart -> vending_cart

Reason: Food cart is a subset of the more general tag vending cart and can be aliased as such.

But why? Food_cart is empty and it isn't one of the missed searches.

Besides, I don't see the point of having vending_cart anyway. It looks redundant to the much bigger and older food_stand tag.

One could draw a distinction between stationary stands that nonetheless aren't proper buildings (i.e. post #1902585 and post #3127806) and actual carts and vehicles (i.e. post #1865454 and post #2818607). These tags don't currently do so.

That said, I'm really not sure anyone would find said distinction actually useful, and the movable ones could probably just have an extra vehicle tag or something instead.

(Also, food_cart is useless even so. I can't think of anything else commonly sold from vehicles.)

I'll do this because if I'm looking for something like a hot dog cart or an ice cream cart I'm more likely to search for food cart than vending cart.
