create alias face_down_ass_up -> top-down_bottom-up

Primarily, this is for consistency. The tag top-down_bottom-up uses "top" and "bottom" to refer to body regions. However, the most popular tags which include top, such as topless, crop_top, and top_lift use "top" to refer to articles of clothing rather than regions of the body. Likewise, the results for bottom include bottomless and various bikini bottom tags, again referring mostly to clothes, with top-down_bottom-up being a notable outlier. By contrast, face and ass both refer to the body parts consistently.

Additionally, the phrasing "face down, ass up" is a well-known phrase, as popularized by 2 Live Crew in their hip-hop classic "Face Down, Ass Up" off their 1990 album "Banned in the USA:

I SAID: FACE DOWN, ASS UP! THAT'S THE WAY WE LIKE TO FUCK! FACE DOWN, ASS UP! THAT'S THE WAY WE LIKE TO FUCK!

I did previously propose this alias a while ago, but I wanted to re-propose it, with a better explanation of my rationale. I do genuinely believe that this alias is more consistent with the other tags, and not simply a reference to a classic jam.
