The filters were alterations of original artworks yes but by making differences it is in large part a part of a different author, The difference between say a yellow shirt and orange shirt does make a different piece of work only instead they have a similar center and different background. In effect if you plan to follow the concept of filters then shouldn't wallpapers, uncensored artwork, and etc be eradicated from the site?
