The whole blog is offline (the admin's message says it's under construction), and until it comes back there's no way to know if it has anything to do with us.
Anyway, if some Japanese artists take notice of danbooru's existence, it's best to cultivate a friendly relationship with them. They might have valid reasons for wanting people to visit their own sites: for example, I think Mountain Pukuichi said it was a pity that he couldn't read the foreign readers' reactions. It could also be that he doesn't want his pictures to appear together with all the porn that gets posted on danbooru. Perhaps we should ask him once the blog is back.

I'm bringing up this old post because somebody just posted the entire Kagamin Bocchi to /u/ and I was reminded of it. Did anybody ever get to the bottom of this? Did we ever figure out exactly /why/ he wanted his stuff pulled from Danbooru? Did anybody contact him and ask him what his reasoning was? I'd really like to know. Also, Albert or whomever, if he actually /did/ state a reason and asked you to not reveal it, could you at least tell us that, just so some of us can have some sort of resolution.
Ichigo69/users/56165tag:danbooru.me,2005:ForumPost/113512008-11-11T09:04:28-05:002008-11-11T09:04:28-05:00@albert: Don't upload new Mountain Pukuichi posts.
