Reason: Correct participle form, rather than past tense verb fragment. For an even conciser tag, perhaps fallen, though that might conflict with concept of a fallen angel or other entity.

By the way, fallen angel currently seems to be a subset of flonne - could someone write a wiki for it if it is something of substance or get rid of it otherwise?

Certainly fell_down needs to go, so +1 on that. I think just for clarity's sake, fallen_down is ever so slightly better, though I wouldn't mind just fallen either.

I'm not sure if its official, but "Fallen Angel Flonne" is by far the most common way of fandom referring to her.
