alternate_costume is just different clothes that we usually see a character in, it's not necessarily a costume
post #670440, they're wearing an alternate_costume, but not a costume
I'm also against implicating cosplay to costume, since we'd have to do
costume -cosplay everytime we want to look for costumes of anything other than cosplay. Cosplay is good with it's own tag
I think animal_costume to costume maybe, unless there's something i'm missing

I'd rather keep the costume and cosplay tags segregated, so that costume only refers to "generic" costumes that aren't simple cosplay. Or at the very least, edit the current costume tag to something else and then have both imply costume.
No on cosplay, no on alternate, maybe on animal but unlikely because it will become half of the tag and I'm sure there's cases where one applies and the other doesn't really.
Right, let's keep cosplay separate.
Animal costume... I guess, though I'm not convinced. I think costume itself needs to be clearer before we decide what to implicate. I didn't realize it existed as a standalone tag before now.
