Aliasing jessie_(pokemon) -> musashi_(pokemon).

Reason: English to Japanese.

We use the english names for the Pokemon franchise.

Just for the Pokemon. The musashi_(pokemon) tag already exists and is what's used for the character, but someone made a jessie_(pokemon) tag and added it to all of the pictures.

Then james_(pokemon) -> kojirou_(pokemon) (forget about Cassidy and...and...what was it..."Botch" or something, right?).

Pretty sure it was "Biff" wasn't it?

Anyway - James, Cassidy, and whatshisname don't have tags established for their English equivalents like Jessie did. We could alias their Japanese ones if we wanted to but I don't think it's particularly necessary? I'd say just delete the Jessie tags - the Musashi one already exists, after all.

Went ahead with the jessie/james aliases, because someone adding jessie to 40+ images is something that should be avoided.
