Reason: I don't think this would be recognizable as such if a flat chested character attempted to be the pillow.

Just because a character isn't flat chested doesn't mean their breasts are taggable on an image.

post #710668 would be the biggest deal-breaker. post #695644, post #901108, post #749809, and post #706464 have noticeable breasts, but I wouldn't necessarily tag them.

I don't think breast_pillow is a proper tag for that image. Some kind of "leaning on person" tag might work instead.
