Tag alias: speech_bubble -> speech_balloon

Reason:

Common synonyms. And I think "balloon" sounds more natural.

Fixed typo: from "ballon" to "balloon".

I think an alias of speech balloon -> speech bubble would be better, seeing as we have thought bubble and blank word bubble.

My personal preference is still for "balloon", so I'm going to ask for all these aliases this way.

I acknowledge that creating the aliases the other way around is a reasonable alternative; I'm just not specifically asking for it.

Aliases:

• speech_bubble -> speech_balloon
• thought_bubble -> thought_balloon
• blank_word_bubble -> blank_word_balloon

Your personal preference isn't a convincing reason, and it's much easier to alias one tag to *_bubble and be done with it than alias three tags to *_balloon and hope the aliases don't fuck up.

Alias to bubble.

• It's shorter
• More international: matches the German "Sprechblase" (TN: blase means bubble)

Yeah, I went with bubble, that's far more common in my experience.
