The arms are brought together in front with elbows bent and hands clenched in front of the chest, as if the person is literally trying to contain their excitement. I'm sure there's more examples, I just saw these two and realized it wasn't tagged. Has someone come up with a name for this?

hands_together. You can slap on an excited or happy if you want to be more specific.
