Because I prefer accuracy in tagging.

Tenshi is the only one I agree with leaving out, the rest are pretty ridiculous to deny given names on.

I would think it would be dependent on the character. There are plenty of instances where we'll retain the character's introduced name, as opposed to their true name, for all eternity. Saber is one example that certainly comes to mind. We're not going to have a single policy when it comes to this, because it really depends on the series and the character.
