The qualifiers keep them consistent with each other, and because the characters have specific designs in this universe is all the more reason they should be kept qualified.

I don't see any reason to change them. If anything, I think deities like these that have no set look or design should always have qualifiers.

If Alice were aliased to alice_(wonderland), every image of her would automatically be a crossover with alice_in_wonderland.
Same for Athena, Aphrodite, etc. and greek_mythology.
Is this intended?

Minerva is ambiguous, as seen by several minerva_(*) character tags, so that one, at least, should keep the qualifier.

Currently a bunch of characters from Lord of Vermilion are tagged with _(lord_of_vermilion) after them, but they're mostly based on pre-existing characters and I don't think the Lord of Vermilion version constitutes a distinct character. So I think these should be aliased:

alice (lord of vermilion) -> alice (wonderland)
mad hatter (lord of vermilion) -> mad hatter
red queen (lord of vermilion) -> red queen

jeanne d'arc (lord of vermilion) -> jeanne d'arc

aphrodite (lord of vermilion) -> aphrodite
athena (lord of vermilion) -> athena (mythology)
cybele (lord of vermilion) -> cybele
ishtar (lord of vermilion) -> ishtar (mythology)
lakshmi (lord of vermilion) -> lakshmi
lilith (lord of vermilion) -> lilith (mythology)
minerva (lord of vermilion) -> minerva
poseidon (lord of vermilion) -> poseidon
