There was only 8 posts for frill so I went ahead and already manually switched them over, but maybe it should still be aliased just in case.

Frills tend to circulate the entire bottom part of a dress (or panties or whatever) so there is almost definitely more than one of them. I think that makes them qualify as a natural pair.
