Should images that feature multiple partners that are engaged in sexual activity, but not engaged in actual intercourse, even be counted as group sex or gang bang?

Its probably just the vocabulary, but I always found it slightly inaccurate. Since "sex" (in Danbooru terms) implies vaginal or anal penetration, calling a picture Group "Sex" when there's only oral or handjobs and no penetration seems odd. Same with Gangbang.

So, should GroupSex/Gangbang need intercourse? Or is it fine?
