There's no standard other than the combined taste of all approvers who see a post. Six months ago when that post was uploaded I was away from the site, so I couldn't have seen it nor judged it. Also the topic for this kind of whining is topic #7934.

I posted these two images of Nakano sisters at the same time. They're made by the same artist and have the same quality.

Posts of similar art style and quality to those of their respective artist's other illustrations. Each artist only had only a few of their pixiv uploads approved on the same day while these were sent to the deletion pool.
