English UI also turns on automatically if you have English as top-priority language in your browser settings. (The only way how to get English version of the Sign Up page so far)

It's just saying that your username should only consist of alphanumeric characters, hyphens (-), and underscores (_). It's only in your nickname that you can go free form.

I've tried asking elsewhere and nobody seems to know how to fix it.

Occasionally, Pixiv simply won't load any images, avatars, anything aside from the tiny thumbnails in the "favorite users" section. It sometimes lasts for multiple days, then for some reason or another goes back to normal.

The thing is, Pixiv works perfectly fine through IE, but does these shenanigans in Firefox, but I don't want to use IE at all. Anyone know what causes these problems? I've cleared my cache, deleted the cookies for Pixiv, reloaded Firefox, disabled Noscript and Adblock on the site, etc and none of it's worked.
