I know pool #1552, gameplay mechanics seems to be focused on videogames but should card games, like yugioh, magic_the_gathering, cardfight!!_vanguard, and other's like that be counted as gameplay mechanics if they are depicting a card's effect in use while not 100% connected to the actual card game.

Both video games and card games are games and they both have mechanics, so I don't see why not.

If we have to, we'll just say it's their video game versions.
