I have a simple question. One of the artists with material on this site Mazeran has a "No secondary distribution" policy. In, what I think, is the Terms of Use section at his site here http://cyanyurikago.web.fc2.com/material-kiyaku.html

From what little I can understand of it, I think his reason for this is that he makes material as public resources for things like video games. He probably doesn't want anyone to get the idea of using art without crediting him at websites he doesn't use.

Does Danbooru count as "Secondary Distribution"? If not, then all's well, but if so, maybe someone should contact the artist and let him know his work is being posted here. Or if it's already been said he doesn't mind then that's fine too.

I don't mean any harm by this, I just want to make sure we aren't taking advantage of anyone by using this website to post his work without his permission.

If the artist wants their works removed then they need to email albert and request it. Blanket requests like that are ignored as far as our policy goes.

We credit his art with the red tag that says Mazeran...

You ignore them? Well, if that's how it works then ok I guess.

RPG Maker, specifically; I actually had Baloque and Ultimate Cirno before hearing about this. Guess I'll add him to the credits then.

The art here is much larger than the battlers, most are larger than RMVX's screen in fact.

And someone needs to tell him a third of his images are broken. Especially the backgrounds.
