I'm not sure is this No (Since the Osa-Yukkuri in Tani's 4Koma seem to shake to say 'no') Or if Tani is THAT wired up on Coffee. OR if he's about to explode.
Edit: With the Sound Effect Translated... I think he's charging his Tani Buster
This spot became famous for temporarily using the plot of land without permission and getting a demolition order from the city of Osaka. I'd been to the place once before it was destroyed, and it was delicious. I was surprised that the store had somehow grown and was serving kebabs too. The beer posters were interesting, producing an atmosphere of those times. I later heard what ikayaki was all about. It made me want to eat it even more. :-)

The poll compares tastes in takoyaki:
What's the must-have item for takoyaki? • Wheat flour • Eggs • Japanese yam • Sauce • Aonori
Tani-san sure is persistent, isn't he? Try not to let his persistence ruin your fun, Kogasa-san. There's plenty of time to see that cafe after all, right?
For the poll, have to have the sauce. Just isn't the same without it.

Similar if not identical. I've tried both, but from different places, so I ca.'t be sure/
