Err, how the hell you can make a fake instant ramen, it just flour and seasoning , the end
Flour, seasoning and then there's things put into the bowl bepends on what kind of ramen you ordered. Not the mention, ramen's soup, depends on how you ask for it to be, it might add lots of number of calories intake from a single bowl. At the same time, instant ramen packs are fried before packed which make it not quite wheat flour anymore, compared to normal ramen. By the time it's sealed, I would say they are not ramen anymore.
And if you didn't know, apparently, there was a Chinese factory made instant ramen from car tires back in 2006. Didn't know how they turned tires into packed ramen but it's true there were 4000 packs in a new batch sold before the case was made clear. Or so I read about it on an online newspaper. So, fake ramen is quite possible, if you ask me.
In general, eating too much ramen ain't good for your health. Calories aren't as much of a problem as the lack of nutritional qualities: you'd get (marginally) more nutrition from mac n' cheese. Moreover, the soup and noodles alone have a very high sodium count: one bowl can contain as much as your entire daily recommended intake. Ramen is okay as an occasional treat, but living on it alone will seriously imperil your health.
The number of people who think that instant noodle "ramen" is what ramen really is might want to look into the many forms of true ramen out there. Instant noodles are a crude imitation made cheaply as possible for convenience.

It still isn't good for you. The nutrition all comes from the meat and veg that is added in, and the amount of sodium in one bowl is still ridiculously high.
