Translation note: Jeanne is calling themselves the "honobono kei" girls (google visual kei for an better known use of this). Basically by attaching "kei", which can mean style or system, etc., to an adjective like heartwarming, they're kinda declaring that they're acting in a certain behavior that is expected of that genre/trope or "style/system". It's like being an emo or goth or something like that.tho it's not as visually obvious in comparison. It's essentially being a certain style of personality. In this case, Jeanne has ditched her usual goodie two shoes polite speech for a more super-casual manner of speaking. And Tamamo already uses a mix of supercasual speech too, so the two of them fit into their heartwarming style quite fine. Together, they're acting like a typical seiyuu-hosted talk show, their personalities and funny experiences/fanmail being the appeal. Except that last panel where Jeanne is trying hard not to break character.
You could always just close the game and restart, which will take you back to your previous turn before selecting the cards. That's what I do to work the odds whenever I find myself at the short end of the stick like when all 3 attacks go straight for my main with full NP ready or that one character that's about to die but I need.
Play the game the way it's intended to be; the Kiritsugu way of giving the finger to the system.

But from limited personal trial-and-error(on NA), it seems that the enemies will play out the same attack pattern every time you quit, UNLESS you use a skill, and since skill use is recorded BEFORE you can quit, it seems you have a very limited number of tries to fudge the PRNG system.
There's one more way- pick different cards, especially of different types. In my experience, most combinations have the same result, but a certain set will result in an "option B" for the RNG. This is not always BETTER for you though.
