i get that this different kinds of censoring around the world, but can someone explain the first 3?
The first is the "normal" censorship that Senran Kagura mainly got in the games. When the mobile Senran Kagura game "New Link" was released, a lot of things were toned down (like breast sizes and a lack of clothing damage) for it to be put on the iOS store. The SIE one is how Sony has been handling visual novels on their systems recently.
The first one is CERO, the Japanese video game rating organization. Second one is Apple, I think their app store frowns pretty heavily on nudity. The third one is Sony Interactive Entertainment. They've lately been cracking down hard on nudity on Playstation 4 games. The last one is bit more complicated. Since Xi Jinping was once compared to Winnie the Pooh in a meme that went viral in China, all images of Pooh since then have been heavily censored. This extends to promotional images for Kingdom Hearts 3, which have been clumsily airbrushed in white to comply with the ban.
