@cub28 You might want to re-read help:third-party edit, particularly the section labeled Generally rejected. This site is for archiving artwork as the artist originally intended it.
Also, if you're uploading your own edits, that in itself would run afoul of the guideline against uploading one's own work.
Stitched images were generally drawn as a single image but were unavailable in whole at their highest quality, because they were screencaps of a panning shot from an anime, or because the artist released a high-resolution image in parts rather than as a single file. Either way, the resulting artwork is still the same as when it was drawn. The idea is to preserve the original work, not create something new out of it.
