Technically, you have to place all three tiles at the top to fill a layer before you can start adding another layer, and you can't remove from the top two layers, so those should have three apiece.
As for when you get to that point, you can either try to slowly, gently push one of those doubled-up red tiles to the center so you can remove the other one, or else you can try the ultra-risky "yank out the tablecloth" technique, but either one has very low probability of success, depending upon the grain of the wood the tiles are made out of... if it's plastic tiles, you stand a better chance, since they have less friction.
oh god the tension is nail biting...ive never gotten to this stage of jenga before. just looking at this pitcure gives me anxiety about the outcome of her next move.

Not really. The ears tells me they are the other members of the strike witches squad. It isn't really "you're gonna get raped" but more like "you're going to lose" the game. The game. And that it is inevitable.
