if you had read it, then it would say that approval is based on the preferences of the janitorial/admin staff.
the "3 days rule" basically means that no one either took interest or no one really took interest.

You've read the "rules for appealing" on the first page of this thread, right? The mods don't have to give feedback on appeals. They're pretty busy, and don't have the time to explain what they didn't like about each image that shows up here. I can throw out some guesses about your posts, but since I'm not a mod, please take my words with as many grains of salt as you'd like.
post #1936817: My guess is that it has something to do with either the torture, or the fact that if people really wanted to see Freezing, they could watch the whole thing at Funimation instead of looking at clips here.

There are plenty of pictures tagged as torture or animated gifs from other shows.
