remove implication ribbon_bondage -> bondage

Bondage is only used for sexual play, but ribbon_bondage should also apply to tied-up posts like post #2940809.
Unless I'm missing a tag, similar to ribbon bondage but for non sexual play, this implication should be removed.

The missing implication from shibari to bondage delivers the exact same reason. This post I've presented is never a bdsm post which is implied by bondage.

I kinda agree that the implication shouldn't be there (for both tags) and should instead be added when fitting.

Well, just cleaned up tied_up -rating:s and only one post is left.
The same should be done with bondage rating:s, but the process would be pretty inconvenient if those implications are still in place.

Really? I'd have expected far more than that. And there are certainly more than just a handful of things that want to stay in bondage rating:s, although of course also plenty that don't.

Well, tied up is far more restrictive than bondage. Tied up is only to be used when there is nothing sexual going on in that instance. Had to change some post to rating s while I went through that, but it weren't that many.
I'd say bondage still fits for post #3007072 (latest post) but not really tied up.
