create implication pole_dancing -> stripper_pole

Since pole dancing requires a stripper pole, but a stripper pole does not require someone pole dancing, i think this could fit as implication.

When requesting an implication, check out the posts that currently aren’t tagged to satisfy that implication. In this case, that would be pole_dancing -stripper_pole.

As kittey mentioned, it's possible to pole dance with something that isn't an actual stripper pole.
