I think it's called a turtleneck swimsuit for having neck coverage like that, but there doesn't appear to be a tag for it.
It could just be tagged turtleneck or if it were another style could be called high collar.

Let's try it here as well.
Is there a name for this specific pose?

Basically one leg up rather high, and stepping on something. A "cool pose" if you will.
I found all these samples under tag "stepping", with quite a few false positives.

standing leg_up -standing_on_one_leg?
Might need something like a captain morgan tag.

standing leg_up -standing_on_one_leg still comes with tons false positives.
captain morgan looks fine though. It feels kinda off, but I guess that cannot be helped.

Zettai ryouiki can't be used if the panties are visible. Does that include when it's only the side ties?

That rule about visible panties is kind of arbitrary and was added to the wiki without any sort of forum discussion or attempt to reach group consensus. It was later brought up in topic #8720 secondary to the conversation about whether characters in shorts can be properly tagged zettai_ryouiki, but that portion of the debate was more about upskirt perspectives than what you're asking. Only much later was this rule bumped to the top of the tag's wiki in highly unprofessional all-caps for whatever reason.
It's also a rule that gets ignored on a regular basis: see panties solo zettai_ryouiki. Some people take this concept much more seriously than others.
Personally, I don't think visible waistbands/side-ties violate the spirit of zettai_ryouiki. They don't cover any portion of the buttocks or crotch, which seems to be the most relevant part as far as this tag is concerned. Unless I'm completely wrong, in which case there are about ~600 shimakaze_(kantai_collection) zettai_ryouiki posts that need to be corrected.
Bikini bottom that has two horizontal "bands" instead of one? post #3177697

It isn't wading as she isn't standing. It isn't partially submerged because none of her torso is underwater. It's not soaking feet as more of her leg is in the water than her feet.

The plant.
Not enough detail to know what the plant is (although it looks like laurel (which oddly has a tag in the plural) it could be any number of things). I added the branch tag though.

Thank you.
What is she wearing on her torso?

How do I tag a "implied after_fellatio" situation?
Is there a good tag to describe what's happening in this image? The only thing that came to mind was optical illusion but I'm not sure it fits, I was suggested optical camouflage by another user but that tag doesn't exist.

Do you mean how the swimsuit fabric reveals most of her stomach/navel? If so, I would definitely throw in a navel cutout tag in there.

Double Exposure to describe the visual effect?
I tried looking around for art that had something like an invisibility cloak (like from Harry Potter) to see how others might have tagged it, but no luck.

How to do we tag for cities or buildings inside giant trees?
The tag for when a bikini bottom is pulled upwards? post #3187177
Well, I tagged it bikini pull, hope that's right...

Consider also self_wedgie (which is woefully underpopulated...)

There are a few similar posts tagged treehouse even though this probably stretches the definition of "treehouse" a bit. See treehouse ~village ~city ~giant_tree.
What do you call the fur that is worn for luxury? I know there's probably a name for it but I don't know what.
