Do posts with a raw Twitter image URL in the source field such as post #2024882 get tagged with bad id? The source still links to the image so it probably doesn't apply, but there isn't a way to actually use the URL to find the original post. Raw Tumblr image URLs also do something similar like in post #3217739.

No, bad id only applies when the post is bad or all of the image sizes are bad.
All of those posts would get tagged with md5 mismatchresizedupscaled if I were to run the scanner on them right now. I've been kind of putting it off since I'm not sure about doing that in this case.

This would not apply to the twitter image url sources. If the source is :orig and matches with the image on Danbooru there's no need for those tags.
For images uploaded from Tumblr using the no-unavailable _raw image URLS, it would be incorrect to call those resized or upscaled, they have the original image composition, it's just no longer available.
Edit: I've proposed another tag at topic #15704 to address to address posts from raw tumblr images that are no longer available, this may be of interest here.
