v_over_eye isn't a very well known tag and kiraboshi_(star_driver) seems to be used as a replacement sometimes.

Also, implicating kiraboshi_(star_driver) to v_over_eye would make sense.

They look the same, I'd say it should be an alias.

There is also the verbal component that is in a few of the images, so I wouldn't agree with an alias but would somewhat support an implication.
