Tag implication: feathered_wings -> feathers

create implication feathered_wings -> feathers

Link to implication

feathered_wings generally have feathers on them. The only reason I could see this not being desireable is if we want to keep feathers refering to individual feathers and expect users to understand that if they want feathered_wings, that's a diffirent thing from just wanting a feathers.

In the same vain I want to address two things. First, angel_wings, how do they relate to feathered_wings? Second folded_wings, this tag is only used once but a tag to refer to wings in a "rest possition" useful. By "rest possition" I pretty much just mean not moving, be they on a person or a bird like in post #1679776 and post #1670406 respectively. This would be as apposed to an energized state like in post #1674214

I think feathers is much more useful if it refers only to feathers flying around (individual feathers).
I find feathered_wings to be such a weird tag because the majority of wings are feathered. Wouldn't it make much more sense to have a tag for wings without feathers (except dragon/bat wings)? Or to not have a feathered wings tag at all, assume it to be default, and use the specific tags mechanical wings/dragon wings/etc. for those cases?
Either way, it appears that feathered_wings is severly undertagged, and I myself have never used it.

I dunno there are a lot of weird types of wings on Danbooru. Bat wings, fairy_wings, flandre_scarlet's wings, cirno's wings, and houjuu_nue's wings just off the top of my head are all non-feathered wings. It seems the above take up about half the wings tag so I don't think feathered wings are actually the majority.

The feathered_wings tag is definitely undertagged though.

I think I agree that feather are more useful when not refering to the feathers on wings... So I guess I'm against my own suggestion here.
