Is there a tag for literally having a person's stomach opened?
I'd use dissection, but this is not fitting for an android. Disassembly?

Well, it's a regular opening to inspect the mechanical parts so maybe not one of those but, if nothing else is close...
Monochrome and partially colored... are these two terms mutually exclusive? Ex. post #2345474.
Is there a tag for the kind of panties that are worn over your actual panties for when you wear really short skirts so that people don't get to see anything you don't want showing?

I found that the Japanese term seems to be アンダースコート when looking this up before (they're often in images of cheerleaders and tennis uniforms though usually just tagged "panties").

Yep, they are, since it's in between monochrome and colored. If a post is mostly monochome with just a bit of color use monochrome & spot_color instead. I just noticed that this is mistagged quite often.
Edit: Did some tag gardening.

Is there a proper tag for crossed_legs when it's one person's leg crossed with another's like in post #2330713?

It's simply called a tattoo machine it seems.
Google would indicate that it is simply referred to as a "tattoo machine".
So no fancy name here :(.
Well, it's added :3.
There's this way of holding one's own twintails, where the lower portions are pushed up against the cheeks, framing the hair around or even over the face. Kokonoe Rin has been shown to do it (loli rating:Q; kinda the same: post #209474, post #209470), and there are other instances. What would we call this?

Maybe combined with holding_hair.

Yes.
+1 :3.
The hair tousle tag is being used in all sorts of wrong ways. Tousling someone's hair is more specific than merely touching their hair.
This is hair tousling.
This is not. (she's about to flip her hair out)
This is not even close. (should be hair twirling instead)
Yes.
No.
Yes. (this is probably the best example)
No.
